if y0ur l0oking for make up.. black 0pal is an african american brand make up that's als0 goodWhat brand makes the best facial products for Black Women?
For a clear and unoily complexion get BLACK SOAP. This works so well and it may cost more than average soap, but it's worth the investment, also, try St.Yves Apricot scrub for medium to oily skin. Anything less than that won't be effective. My night regimen is using the scrub and then the black soap, then i pat my face down with a towel and trust me, you feel fresh .. as though all the pollution from the city is down the drain!
For make up, try Cover Girl's Queen Collection, Queen Latifah is featured in many of the commercials and the make-up looks flawless on her, i think the collection would work for African-American people like us. Actually, I wanted to try a pink eyeshadow and so i got some from the Queen collection and the pink seemed to match my skin tone perfectly, it doesn't look cheesy or over the top.. i definitely think the Queen collection would work.
If you're face feels oily during the day, try the Evian Water Mist. It's a little spray bottle (small enough to put in a pocket or purse) that is used for giving your face a soft mist...it cools you down and gives your pores a chance to breathe!
I hope these tips help, try searching up the products to find out where to get them or just to check them out! :)What brand makes the best facial products for Black Women?
facial products? like cleansers or make-up?
Personally for my skin, I like liquid black soap. Not the bar, the liquid. It makes my skin glow. I always get compliments on it.
I use oil absorbant wipes. I have very oily skin, and its worse in the south, where I live now. These are the BEST invention EVER for oily skin.
Make-up, I use a few different things. I use prescriptives. They match your undertone and helps with the glowing skin. I barely ever use foundation but when I do I use prescriptives. I match it with Fashion fair powder in chestnut. My skin has an orange undertone, so the yellow-orange of prescriptives and the red of fashion fair is the perfect mix.
When I just use powder alone I LOVE posner. Their honey beige is perfect for my skin and its under $4!
I hope this helps!
