Sensitive skin facial products and tips?

I would like to give myself a facial but I have never done so before on myself. I have very sensitive skin and I also have lots of blackheads and moderate acne. The last time I got a facial my face erupted with whiteheads and they hurt me like hell. I would like to know what the best products I can use on my sensitive skin and also I would like to know how to give myself a facial...steps, tips, anything.Sensitive skin facial products and tips?

I'd take a hot, clean wash cloth (heat in micro after you wet it) and apply.


Then wash face with a natural face wash.


Add a face mask - and sit down and relax.


Wash and apply a toner (it offers balance to your face) let air dry and apply an eye cream.


Use your ring finger (less pressure) and work in a counter clock wise motion.





Twice a week exfoliate -
