if you have scars you might have to use a special cream to reduce the appearence of them such as mederma. but a good face cleanser would be proactiv i have heard and also clinique. i use clinique and has worked well. they also have a special lotion type thing especailly to minimize pores. if you have bad acne they also have a special 3 step plan called acne solutions.

believe it or not but its a non oily skin repairing oil. i started using it a few months back on my acne scars and they have reduced about 80%. it surprisingly doesnt clog the pores and i even have a oily complexion! good luck
Simple soap and water is a great way to start. Remember to keep your face clean and do not touch it (if you can remember) with dirty hands. That is the best way to start.
Be careful with astringents as some may burn or cause your face peel. Speak with your doctor and seek professional help if you feel your face is not getting better. There are many products that can be helpful as well as harmful.
The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and the Clindamycin cream is the best for Acne and pimple.
For acne scars I use papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are available online. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too. Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'
